source_file — no column in t1_line or t1_acquisition names the PDF a row came from; doc_id and viewer_url are empty in all 245 acquisition rows and the 1,368 files on disk follow no naming convention Unblocked by: a source_file column written at ingest (re-ingest of all filings).
